Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Alrexpresss, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with any tags still attached.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping charges for 1-Day and 2-Day options are non-refundable, unless delayed by the carrier.
  • Items not purchased directly from Alrexpresss.com are not eligible for refund but may be considered for exchange with valid proof of purchase.

Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31 of the following year.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our returns center at alrexpresss.com/return
  2. Enter your order number and the email used to place the order.
  3. Select the item(s) for return or exchange.
  4. Choose your preferred return method:
    • Mail-in Return: Generate a prepaid return label and drop it off at the carrier location.
    • Return Bar (if available): Use a QR code to drop off the item at a partner location.
  5. If exchanging, you’ll receive store credit to place a new order. Any price difference will be handled accordingly.
  6. After processing, you’ll receive a confirmation email regarding your refund or new shipment.

If Purchased Through Another Retailer

If you purchased from a retail store or another website, please return the item to that store. If this isn’t possible, we may approve an exchange of equal value with proof of purchase. The item must be clean and unworn.

Ineligible Returns

Products purchased from third-party resale platforms such as eBay or Poshmark are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty, as we do not authorize sales on these platforms.
